ISSUE A RETUN/EXCHANGE REQUEST
Before you get started, we would just like to give you a quick summary of our returns/refunds/exchanges policy:
For returns and exchanges:
- If you ordered the wrong size, or accidentally ordered a product, then you will be charged for shipping the product back to us (plus shipping the product back to you in case of an exchange.)
- For returns, the way we charge you is we deduct the cost of shipping from your refund (so if the product is $50, and it costs $10 to ship back then you will only be refunded $40.)
- For exchanges, the way we charge you is we send you and invoice for the cost of both shipping the return product back to us and the outgoing product to you.
- You will get free return shipping if we sent you the wrong item, or the item is defective (in which case we will issue a warranty claim.)
If you would like to do an exchange, please submit a return request, and then in the notes section let us know it is an exchange, or contact us with your order number and and let us know what you would like to exchange the product with. Returns/exchanges take approximately 2-5 days to process.
