During continued product development, we discovered that the fingernail groove on the Smith Blade may be difficult to use for some people — particularly those with short nails or nails that sit more recessed into the fingertip (check the video above for more info.)

Because of this, we want to give you the opportunity to review your order and change your selection if needed. In this survey you can let us know to modify your order if this may affect your ability to comfortably open the knife.

The two-hand open version of the Smith Blade works similarly to tools like a Swiss Army Knife and relies on a fingernail groove to open the blade. If you typically find those knife styles difficult to use, this version of the Smith Blade may not be the best fit.
