ISSUE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST
Before you get started, we would just like to give you a quick summary of our returns/refunds/exchanges policy:
For returns and exchanges:
- We try to make your product and sizing decisions easy by providing fit guides and product details, as well as the opportunity to live chat within EST business hours or contact us via email with any questions. We are here to help make sure you feel confident in your purchase. If you ordered the wrong size, or ordered a product by mistake, you will be charged for return shipping.
- For returns: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Example, if the product is $50, and it costs $10 to ship back, your refund will be $40).
- For exchanges: You will receive an invoice for shipping costs associated with the exchange, which includes returning the incorrect item and shipping charges for the new item.
- In the event that you were sent an incorrect item by mistake, or the item is defective, you will get free return shipping. In the case of a defective product, you will be issued a warranty claim.
